The article, “Retailers and Women: How they are making the world a better place”, has been widely shared on social media and was written by writer and author, Anil Dash.
“Retail is a tough job, but it’s also a great place to be,” Dash told Business Insider.
Dash said he has noticed that people tend to assume that retail jobs are reserved for women, but he thinks that’s a mistake.
“People who are doing the job are actually looking for a female partner,” he said.
“And the reason for that is, women do more than just want to work at retail.
They also want to have a family.
So when people think about retail jobs, they’re thinking of people who have children, or who want to be able to work when they’re older.”
Dash, who has worked in the industry for more than 20 years, said that many retail jobs can be filled by someone of any gender.
“If I have to ask someone to do an interview, I’ll ask a woman,” he explained.
“I would also ask a guy who is a retail manager.
You’re a guy, you can do whatever you want.”
The person who gets the jobThe person the jobIn some ways, Dash said, the experience of being a woman in retail is similar to the experience a man would have in the workplace.
“You’re doing a lot of different things, but when you’re a woman, you’re doing the same things as a man.
So that’s the thing, it’s a very similar experience,” he added.
Dash also pointed out that the way women are treated in retail can also impact their success.
“The way that they’re treated in the world, you know, is that women are often looked down upon,” he continued.
“It’s often seen as just a woman’s job, and the fact that they have a job is the reason why they get the job.
So it’s not just the fact of them doing a job that’s seen as being so demanding that they get it.
That can actually be the reason behind it.”
When it comes to working in the retail industry, Dash pointed out, the main challenge is finding someone who is the right fit.
“That’s a really hard part to overcome,” he told Business News Daily.
“Because you have to find a woman that you can really trust, and that’s where a lot can happen.”
A lot of people are going to go out of their way to try to get you to say no, or have a certain kind of approach, or something like that.
That’s where people can fall short.
You have to be a little more open and be willing to take risks.
“For Dash, being the right person at the right time can make a huge difference to his career.”
Women tend to have higher self-esteem, and they’re more likely to have positive experiences,” he noted.”
They’re more open to being successful, and there’s also the idea that the women in the workforce can have their own dreams, too.
“What it takes to be successful in retail?
When it’s all said and done, Dash added, it doesn’t matter who you are, as long as you’re successful.”
In my experience, women tend to be less successful than men,” he acknowledged.”
What I’ve found is that, the more you’re able to do in your career, the better you’ll be able be as a woman.””
When it came to my experience as a retail woman, what I found is, that I didn’t have to change myself.
I could just do what I’m doing and see the results,” he concluded.
